Toronto, Ontario, Canada – September 21, 2006 – ThinkNet Inc., a leading provider of risk-free solutions for business, today announced it has formed a separate company built around the Microsoft® SharePoint Server platform.  The new company, SharePoint HQ, will offer training, consulting, web parts and solutions based upon Microsoft® SharePoint.
