The first step towards becoming a consultant at SharePointHQ is your written application. On the basis of your Resume and Cover letter, we will decide whether we would like to proceed. Due to the large volume of applications we receive, only the applicants most closely aligned with our openings will be contacted directly. If we do decide to proceed with your application, we will invite you for a number of consecutive interviews
2. First Interview — Phone Interview
The first interview will be a brief one-on-one phone interview. The goal of this interview is to assess the compatibility of your skills and experience with ThinkNet.
3. Second Interview — Behaviour Interview and Case Study
If you are successful in the initial interview, you will be invited to attend a business case study interview followed by behaviour interview questions. The case study may be a business case, technical problem, or a very conceptual problem. The scenarios presented and role-playing are specifically designed to simulate potential scenarios that you could be faced with in a consulting environment.
During the interview we will try to form an opinion about the following characteristics:
