We are looking for SharePoint specialists to join our growing team. A minimum of 2 years experience with SharePoint and .NET technologies is required. In addition, academic exposure to business information technology is required and practical experience implementing SharePoint solutions would be an asset. We are currently looking for an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Technical Trainer and Consultant. As a SharePoint Trainer you will be leading SharePoint workshops, both at our Toronto training facility and on-site at client locations, of up to 15 students at a time. You will also be given the opportunity to enhance your SharePoint knowledge through consulting engagements.

In addition, you will be responsible for providing SharePoint training and managing the learning experience for clients, assist in gathering new training techniques, communicating among the various training personnel departments and Senior Management, monitor client performance and provide feedback and development ideologies, as well as updating and maintaining technical training program materials.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training and support to clients with varying levels of technical skills, ranging from novice to intermediate.
  • Provide interactive direction through in-class presentations and public speaking.
    Lead as a design specialist, to research, gather, compile, update and develop content learning modules when required.
  • Provide Subject Matter expertise in the design of SharePoint HQ’s curriculum.
  • Use feedback provided by the participating clients to propose improvements in the delivery and facilitation to the Senior Manager and associate team members.

Requirements

  • Recommended B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
  • DESIRED SKILLS: .NET framework (C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET and VB.NET), SharePoint Designer, Experience with SharePoint MOSS 2007 platform, JavaScript, XML, HTML, Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005, CSS Styling and layout, and Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks.
