We can work with you using a 'Managed Project' approach where we will implement the solution by following a project plan. SharePointHQ will deploy the correct team in order to achieve the project success with team members that could include:
- Project Managers (and/or Project Co-ordinators)
- Technical Architects
- Business Analysts
- Technical Leads
- Technical Specialists
- Consultants.
These projects will be estimated, planned, designed and tracked in great detail ensuring that the project finishes on-time and on-budget and with your satisfaction.
Mentoring and Advice
We can work with you using a 'Mentoring and Advice' approach where we will supply the expert to solve the Business problem. Our experts will work with you giving practical advice and training your staff so that they become self-sufficient. This approach is often the quickest and most cost effective way for you to attack a complicated project path.
Managed Support Services
We can work with you using a 'Managed Support Services' approach where we will dedicate a resource(s) either full-time or part-time to implement, support and maintain a business solution. The dedicated resource(s) will be managed by a SharePointHQ project manager AND a technical lead and as such have the full backing of all the knowledge at SharePointHQ.
Typically you will have a backlog of work that never gets addresed and need some extra 'horsepower' to get back on schedule. With this approach, SharePointHQ's project manager will work with you to identify, document and prioritize the work queue while maintaining predictibility of expense.
Break / Fix Support
We can work with you using a 'Break / Fix Support' approach where we are available to take support calls and solve issues as they arise. Our experts are available 'on call' to answer and troubleshoot the business issues as they arise.
